Simulation & Modeling for Acquisition, Requirements, and Training (SMART) is a program that was discontinued by the United States Army in 2005.
All public access to any SMART-related documents were removed at that time. but have started to resurface.
Any SMART documents provided by non-AMSO personnel should not be considered current or accurate.
DA PAM 5-12 and AR 5-11, which reference SMART, are being rewritten.
